I recently purchased a Hummer EV from Chevy City, and overall I’m very happy with the vehicle and want to specifically recognize Logan in sales and Amanda in finance. Logan did a great job throughout the process.after the first salesperson I was working with dropped off the deal. He stayed engaged, worked with me, answered my questions, and helped keep the deal moving. Amanda was equally impressive on the finance side. She is a true finance professional. She worked hard to put everything together and was a big part of making this deal happen. Both of them were professional, helpful, and earned my business. The disappointing part of the experience was the lack of involvement from dealership management. I emailed the GSM directly regarding the deal and never received a response. I also called the dealership asking to speak with a sales manager and never received a call back. Having spent my career around sales and finance, I believe managers should be willing to get involved when a customer is trying to put a deal together. A manager shouldn’t simply manage a desk; sometimes you need to pick up the phone, talk to the customer, overcome the obstacle, and help your salesperson close the deal. I never felt that level of involvement from the management team here. Fortunately, Logan and Amanda stepped up and made the experience a good one, and ultimately they are the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I’m very happy with my Hummer EV and would absolutely recommend working with Logan and Amanda. That’s the only reason for the 5 star review. I just hope dealership management recognizes the opportunity to become more engaged with customers when their involvement could make the difference between losing a deal and earning someone’s business.

For my first time buying a car completely by myself, Mike made buying a car breeze. He was completely straight to the point while also exploring options that worked in my budget. Once I got passed off to sign financing paperwork with Alex, my experience got even better. He managed to get my APR slashed in half, and got me a good bumper to bumper warranty. It was great to see two life long friends working together to take care of me. If I ever have to come back, I will be asking for them.

We had a very good experience with Tom, the Internet sales manager and Amanda the finance person when we bought our 2025 Cadillac. I would suggest going to Lemans Chevy in Bloomington

I wasn't wanting to car shop, but life happens. Aaron and Tom both were wonderful to work with and answered any question I had. The color and style I wanted was not at their lot but they found one and had it there in a few days. They were patient and very helpful. If you're looking for a new car, Sam Leman is the best. Would recommend 100% and will go there next time I am looking for a vehicle!

Picked up a screw in my tire and was loosing air pressure fairly quickly. Fortunately I was right around the corner from Lemans Chevy dealership and they were able to get the tire patched up quickly and for a very reasonable price.

I am big on customer service and they have impressed me on that when my car has had routine maintenance. They are quick to get the work done.

Dylan and Alex were both very helpful and informative. First time buying a vehicle online and they made sure to answer all my questions, even providing me with an extensive walk thru of the car over FaceTime. Alex was able to help us meet our financial goals with our purchase and really listened to what we were looking for.

After hitting a deer and totalling my car, I needed to buy a new one but had a lot of anxiety about the whole "process" . Sam Leman's was more than accommodating working with us as we waiting on insurance to pay out, working on financing before we arrived and having the car ready to go when we got there for the test drive.
