We drive 5.5 hours to come pick up our new to us car and was not disclosed of the chips and dings in the windshield prior to talking to Tyler on the phone days in advance. On top of that the car was not detailed properly when telling our concerns to Tyler he said “seriously”? The GM stepped in and agreed with us it was not detailed properly and detailed again. And also credited us for a new windshield I appreciate them coming to a solution while there but I feel those should have been discussed/ addressed before driving all the way here. Tyler at the end didn’t congratulate us for a new vehicle and was very very difficult to find/get ahold of the entire process
