After hitting a deer and totalling my car, I needed to buy a new one but had a lot of anxiety about the whole "process" . Sam Leman's was more than accommodating working with us as we waiting on insurance to pay out, working on financing before we arrived and having the car ready to go when we got there for the test drive. I had the privilege of having Logan for my salesman. We teamed up together via phone calls and I had my vehicle of choice wrapped up right away. Met in person for pick up and paperwork. Total gem, very helpful and kind. And then there's Tyler in finance! He did everything he could to find me the absolute best financing options, value on my trade in and down payment options. He's a magician and made the process quick and painless. I enjoyed talking and visiting with both of these gentlemen and look forward to using Leman's Chevy again in the future if the want/need arrises. The customer service from both of them is top tier. The dealership is nice, clean and big. I was able to catch a quick morning staff meeting during my brief wait. I sat and smiled while listening. The communication and friendliness between staff and all the departments was impressive.
