We are incredibly grateful to Leman Chevrolet for the outstanding service they provided. While driving to a family event, our 2025 Equinox suddenly began losing power on the interstate. Fortunately, we were able to locate Leman Chevrolet and safely make it to the dealership. Service Representative Tim Riddle listened carefully to our concerns and immediately began working to identify the problem. Despite it being a busy Friday afternoon, the service department quickly diagnosed the issue. Although the necessary parts had to be ordered and shipped in, Tim and the entire team did everything possible to help two stranded travelers get back on the road as quickly as they could. Throughout the process, Tim kept us informed with regular updates and clear communication. He even maintained contact with us on his day off, demonstrating a level of dedication and customer care that is truly exceptional. The professionalism, compassion, and commitment shown by Tim and the staff at Leman Chevrolet turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I would actually give Lehman Chevy City at least a 4.5 I don't hardly ever give out five stars but I would say I had a fairly pleasant experience buying my car and trading my old one in. Everyone was pretty friendly and while I wouldn't say I got a great deal, I got a fair deal and I certainly have had a lot worse experiences in car dealerships.
