1. Park with your vehicle facing the garage.
2. Turn on your ignition.
3. Look for the Homelink button. It will be found on your visor, rearview mirror, or overhead console. Check your owner’s manual if you need extra help.
4. Place the remote control transmitter between 1 and 3 inches from the Homelink buttons.
5. Press the remote control button until you notice the Homelink indicator light turn on. This indicates the pairing has begun.
6. Press the Homelink controller two more times to activate the system completely.
